STEP 1:

Our Security & Safety Assessment is the first step in making your schools safer. The assessment will familiarize our consultants with the unique characteristics and the heart of the school. It allows us to identify and evaluate current existing infrastructure and protocols. During the assessment, it will allow our consultants to assess and evaluate various emergency protocols and determine the best solution for your school.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANNING PROGRAM (EMPP)

• Development or enhancement of Emergency Response Plans - District/ Building

• Implementing improved safety measures identified in the Security and Safety Assessment

• Emergency teams are trained, prepared and demonstrate proficiency in managing incidents

STEP 2:

Our Emergency Management Planning Program is designed to author a new Emergency Response plan or improve your existing one. This program is designed to structure your Emergency Response Team, defining clear cut roles and responsibilities in crisis situations. It also includes emergency communications/notifications, designated zones for safety, and incident driven emergency procedures and protocols to foster safety, understanding and organization.

Our Employee Training Program is the final step in making a safer school. After the assessment and emergency plans are finalized, the employees need to be trained on proper implementation of the procedures and protocols and understand their role of what to do in crisis situations. Even the best designed plans will fail if employees are not properly trained on their duties and responsibilities.
